Description: Mostly cloudy with a chance for patchy drizzle and a few showers. Much cooler with highs in the low 40s. Windy today with a strong N/NE wind 10-20mph gusting into the 30mph range at times. Calmer tomorrow but cooler with highs in the low 40s. We do warm up for Halloween as highs get back to the low to mid 50s.
