Tick-borne Powassan virus warning

It's rare but not impossible. A mysterious tick-borne virus is raising alarms in Wisconsin, and it's sending some people to the hospital and prompting a warning from health officials. Dr. Bill Hartman from UW Health joined FOX6 News at 4 with all the details.
