Milwaukee transgender woman killed, family seeks hate crime charges

Cashay Henderson, a Milwaukee transgender woman, would have turned 32 Wednesday. Instead of celebrating, her family prepared to go to court Thursday for the arraignment of the man accused of murdering her.
