Racine County hit-and-run, We Energies flagger hurt, striking driver sought

Authorities released video of a truck whose driver struck a We Energies flagger in Burlington Tuesday, leaving her with serious injuries. The video was recorded by cameras on County Highway DD. The truck was headed north toward State Highway 20.
