Wisconsin's Most Wanted Charles Bowens captured

Charles Bowens was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 31 and booked into the Milwaukee County Jail, wanted for attempted first-degree intentional homicide, as a party to a crime for an April 2014 shooting over an Xbox.
