Cameron Lee Smith, a 40-year-old North Carolina man, was arrested at a grocery store parking lot with explosives in his vehicle. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office charged him with possession of weapons of mass destruction, meth, drug paraphernalia, and a concealed handgun.
