With its deep-space data relay network performing better than expected, NASA has set up a live video stream from the Orion capsule as it heads toward lunar orbit.

As NASA’s Orion capsule swung out from behind the moon Monday, onboard cameras sent back a picture of Earth — a blue dot surrounded by blackness.

Most other sea creatures don’t make such an appearance – so, what makes the jellyfish different? The answer is both simple and complex, and involves the animal’s biology and behavior.

This massive sea turtle existed more than 70 million years ago and could have reached a body length of up to about 12 feet, researchers said.

The young reporter had to stop his filming again when the baby elephant “stuck its trunk in my mouth.”

Nearly 50 years after the last men walked on the moon, NASA is one step closer to sending the first woman. The Artemis I mission blasted off early Wednesday on an ambitious test flight of the agency’s new moon rocket and capsule.

NASA says a risky repair job appears to have fixed the hydrogen fuel leak that threatened to delay a third attempt to send the Space Launch System rocket and Orion spacecraft on a test flight known as Artemis I, and liftoff could be minutes away.

The Artemis I mission’s rocket engines and boosters have direct ties to Columbia, Challenger and each of the other shuttles, and even one of the original Mercury 7 astronauts.

Call it one small step for tiny astronauts. There may not be a human crew aboard NASA’s Artemis I mission, but there will be four small LEGO astronauts keeping an eye on the Orion capsule’s flight to the moon.

The study findings may help future efforts to better understand the origins of eating disorders and how they differ between sexes, researchers said.

NASA started the countdown Monday for this week’s planned liftoff of its new moon rocket, although hurricane damage could cause yet another delay for the test flight.

The video has racked up thousands of views on Instagram.

“It became clear that the specimen was unlike any species paleontologists had seen before,” geology professor Scott Persons told FOX Television Stations.
