MILWAUKEE (AP) — Hotels, restaurants and bars catering to the throngs of college basketball fans descending on Milwaukee are winners in the economic arena.The organization which markets the greater Milwaukee area to tourists and others, VISIT Milwaukee, says 18,000 people will attend the NCAA men's basketball tournament each day and 6,000 will be staying in hotels.
