Milwaukee Bucks soliciting feedback on new multi-purpose arena via online survey

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Bucks are soliciting feedback on a new multi-purpose arena in downtown Milwaukee via a survey they're sending out to residents, businesses, universities and some ticket holders.The survey, which must be completed by those interested in providing feedback by January 6th includes the following message:

Bucks commit 20 turnovers get swarmed by Charlotte Hornets 108-101

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Kemba Walker scored 27 points and Gerald Henderson added 16 as Charlotte held off the Milwaukee Bucks 108-101 on Tuesday night, extending the Hornets winning streak to a season-high four games.Brandon Knight had a season-high 34 points for the Bucks, who were prevented from matching last season's victory total of 15.Charlotte, which has beaten Milwaukee seven consecutive times, led 88-80 entering the final quarter and extended it to 96-84 as the Bucks went 3:39 without scoring.Michael Kidd-Gilchrist scored on a put back to put the Hornets up 102-91 with 2:46 left, but the Knight scored Milwaukee's next eight point, pulling the Bucks within 103-99 on a 3-pointer with 25.9 remaining.The Hornets held on with five free throws down the stretch. 

Bucks spoil Cousins' return, beat Kings 108-107

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Brandon Knight scored 20 points and the Milwaukee Bucks spoiled DeMarcus Cousins' return to the struggling Sacramento Kings with a 108-107 victory Thursday night.With their inside game lacking due to missing players, the Bucks shot well from the perimeter for much of the night in winning their third in four games.

Bucks lose Giannis in 104-97 loss at Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Forward Giannis Antetokounmpo  left the Milwaukee Bucks' game at Portland with a sprained left ankle late in the second quarter of Wednesday night's 104-97 loss in Portland.Antetokounmpo grimaced in pain while his teammates surrounded him, but he eventually walked off the floor and straight to the locker room.

ESPN: Milwaukee Bucks' Jabari Parker out for rest of the season

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A report by ESPN.com says Milwaukee Bucks rookie Jabari Parker will miss the rest of this season with a suspected torn ACL.Parker was injured early in the second half of a game against the Phoenix Suns on Monday, December 15th.Marc Stein from ESPN reports the Bucks are expected to announce on Wednesday that Parker is lost for the season.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Practice may not make perfect, though it made a big difference for the Milwaukee Bucks.Brandon Knight scored 22 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo added 20, and the Bucks beat the Los Angeles Clippers 111-106 on Saturday night.The Bucks' defense had been faltering the past two weeks, allowing at least 107 points in four of five games and losing five of their last six contests.With three days off since losing at Oklahoma City on Tuesday night, the Bucks went into the gym to correct some errors.

Business Journal: Bucks likely looking beyond preferred site in search for new arena location

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee Bucks are widening their search for a new arena.Their preferred site includes the Journal Communications headquarters, but because of possible environmental contamination, they're likely looking elsewhere.The Milwaukee Business Journal reports up to three alternate sites in downtown Milwaukee are back in play for a new arena.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Kendall Marshall and the rest of the Milwaukee Bucks reserves were too much for the Miami HeatMarshall came off the bench and tied his career-high with 20 points on 7 of 8 from the floor, including three big 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, as the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Miami Heat 109-85 on Friday night.In beating Miami for the second time this season, the Bucks' bench outscored the Heat's bench 60-18, which was led by Khris Middleton's 14 points, Jerryd Bayless' 12 and Jared Dudley's eight.Milwaukee's starters helped out, too, as the team snapped a three-game losing streak.

Bucks great effort falls short in 111-108 loss in Cleveland

CLEVELAND (AP) — Kyrie Irving scored 28 points, LeBron James added 26 with 10 assists and Mike Miller provided a much-needed spark off Cleveland's bench, leading the Cavaliers to their fourth straight win, 111-108 over the precocious Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.Kevin Love added 27 for the Cavs, who got all they could handle from the young Bucks.
