WAUKESHA COUNTY (WITI) -- Wisconsin native and Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt has purchased a cabin in Summit in Waukesha County, and TMZ Sports has obtained the first picture of it.

TMZ Sports reports Watt bought the digs last month as a private getaway for secluded off-season training purposes, describing the home as "really minimalistic" and a way to totally commit to his regimen.

The $800,000 home is 4,500 square feet with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an elevator.

The property is in Summit -- and sits on 35 acres.

Word is Watt plans to transform the barn on the property into a home gym.
