ST. LOUIS, MO. (WITI) -- The St. Louis Rams allegedly reached out to Brett Favre on Sunday night after losing Sam Bradford to a season-ending knee injury, according to ESPN.
According to ESPN, the Rams asked if the 44-year-old retired quarterback would be willing to play through the back half of the Ram's schedule.
Favre allegedly told the Rams through his agent Bus Cook that he was retired -- and declined the offer.
The Rams ended up signing Brady Quinn and brought back Austin Davis.
