WAUWATOSA -- Carl spent the morning at Southwest YMCA in Greenfield, one of five locations that make up the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County. He's trying out a "triple-threat" class and family boot camp class. He also spent the morning learning about wearable technology and apps you can use while working out.
