Two arrested after bizarre picture surfaces on Facebook

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO (CNN) -- A picture may be worth a thousands words, but in Albuquerque, New Mexico, it's also enough to get you arrested. Police picked up two people after they allegedly posted a disturbing picture of a puppy on Facebook.
