MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Traffic was diverted from northbound I-94 near College Avenue Monday morning, November 24th because of a wreck that involved a semi leaking fluid.

Traffic was routed to the collector distributor ramp. All lanes reopened around 9:40 a.m.
