Taste a Milwaukee fish fry with a Vietnamese spin

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- There are literally dozens of fish fry options in southeast Wisconsin during the Lenten season. But one restaurant in Bay View is putting a fresh twist on the classic recipe.

Hue serves up a non-traditional Vietnamese dish that has some Milwaukee influence. Studio A's Brian Kramp checked it out.



By the way, Hue plans to open a Wauwatosa location later this spring.
