‘Suspicious package’ found in Red Arrow Park 'turned out to be empty piece of luggage'

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police on Thursday morning, June 7 were called out to Red Arrow Park for reports of suspicious package.

Upon arrival, police say they found an empty piece of luggage.

No additional details have been released.
