Suspicious fire breaks out in home near 49th and North in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee firefighters were busy Wednesday morning, December 31st when fire broke out at a home near 49th and North. Investigators say the fire is suspicious.

Firefighters were initially told two people may be inside when they first arrived shortly after 6:00 a.m. That wasn't the case. Five people were able to get out safely.

No one is in custody for this incident.
