Off-ramp to Plankinton Avenue reopens; vehicle struck by debris
MILWAUKEE - The off-ramp to Plankinton Avenue in downtown Milwaukee was temporarily closed Monday morning, Dec. 19 following initial reports of shots fired. Investigators later determined that this incident was not a shooting – but a vehicle being struck by debris.
No injuries have been reported.
