RACINE -- 32-year-old Jasmond George of Racine was killed early Thursday morning, June 21st, when his car crossed the center line and struck a wooden utility pole.
The crash happened at 13th St. and Lathrop Ave. in Racine just after 1:30 a.m.
Racine emergency crews transported George to Wheaton-Franciscan All Saints emergency room where he was pronounced dead.
George was the lone person in the vehicle.
The cause of the accident is unknown at this time -- and the accident remains under investigation.
