MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- In the days after the Boston Marathon bombings, FOX6's Brad Hicks experienced the City of Boston like few of us ever would. He, along with FOX6 Photojournalist Jeff Frings, found themselves in the middle of the perimeter that was set up by police. They were witness to a massive show of force by officers. On Sunday, April 21st, Brad Hicks shared some of that experience with FOX6 News viewers.
