Officials: Resources are available to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Commission on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault issued a statement on Wednesday, August 3rd mourning the death of three-month-old Sean Flowers III who was drowned allegedly by his own father, Sean Flowers on Milwaukee's northwest side.
