Harley Anniversary party turns into wedding party

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- After being one month, Harley-Davidson enthusiasts Kyle Crone and Karin Dreyer are tying the knot Saturday, August 31st at the Harley-Davidson Museum.

"I'm excited more than anything. I'm sure once I walk down the aisle I'll have a little bit of jitters, but I'm very excited right now," said Dreyer.

The Minnesota couple booked their tickets to the Harley 110th Anniversary back in February. When they got engaged in July, they decided to make things official at the big celebration.

"We were going to wait for a while but, why wait?" said Dreyer.

There are three weddings at the Harley Museum on Saturday. Dreyer and Crone will be married on the South Lawn. Dreyer will wear a white dress and Crone will sport a black leather vest. The wedding party will be dressed in Route 65 t-shirts.

"It does represent who we are. It really does," said Dreyer.

The wedding is going to be small -- just the bride, groom, and a few friends. The reception, on the other hand, is going to be quite a big party.

"I think our reception we'll probably celebrate when we go to Kid Rock that night. Yeah, Kid Rock is playing for our reception," said Dreyer.

Wedding packages for the Anniversary weekend are as low at $500 according to some websites. Harley provides the bouquet, boutonniere, cake and champagne.
