Mount Pleasant boy named "Hometown Hero" by Assembly for saving his bus driver's life
MADISON -- A nine-year-old boy was honored by the Wisconsin Assembly on Tuesday, January 12th.
Nine-year-old Jayden Jaramillo of Mount Pleasant was named a "Wisconsin Hometown Hero."
The fourth-grader was recognized for his bravery and service last fall, when he got help for his bus driver who was having an asthma attack.
Jaramillo is credited with saving the woman's life.
Jaramillo is one of the youngest Hometown Hero award recipients to date.
