Milwaukee shooting, 33rd and St. Paul; 1 injured, 1 arrested

A 45-year-old was shot in Milwaukee on Sunday, Feb. 2.

What we know:

The Milwaukee Police Department said it happened around 3 p.m. near 33rd and St. Paul.

The 45-year-old victim went to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Police have a 22-year-old in custody and charges are pending a review by the Milwaukee District Attorney's Office.

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are still under investigation.
