Milwaukee Fire Department responds to neighboring salvage yard

MFD crews responded to a fire at a nearby salvage yard on Milwaukee's south side Saturday.

MILWAUKEE - A fire broke out at a salvage yard on Milwaukee's south side Saturday, April 9.

It happened at LKQ Service near 13th and College just after noon. Luckily, a Milwaukee Fire Station is located next door.

Fire personnel said there was no damage and no one was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
