MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee teacher was arrested for punching a student on Wednesday, April 29. 

What we know:

According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the incident occurred around 12 p.m. at Engleburg Public School, located near 91st and Appleton.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested.

Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
