KENOSHA -- Kenosha police are asking for the public's help to locate a vehicle involved in a drive-by shooting that happened on Monday evening, November 2nd.
Officers responded to the neighborhood just east of 61st St. and 18th Ave. shortly after 5:30 p.m. for a report of a double shooting. When they got on scene, they found a 15-year-old boy with a non life-threatening gunshot wound to his abdomen. A 12-year-old girl was also hurt with a very minor wound to her leg. Both victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Witnesses indicate a silver vehicle drove past a group of people on the sidewalk. They told police a black male passenger in the vehicle fired several rounds from a handgun, striking the victims.
