MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee developer is looking to develop a 168,000 square foot office and retail building in the Third Ward.
It would be located on the property of the former "Babcock Auto Spring Company."
Irgens recently bought the property, and is now looking for tenants before construction begins on the five-story building.
