    • The sheriff's office said it was due to a shots fired investigation.

MILWAUKEE - All lanes of Interstate 94 northbound were temporarily closed near Drexel Avenue due to a shots fired investigation on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 8.

What they're saying:

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said 911 calls reported gunshots fired from one vehicle at another around 2:10 p.m.

Wisconsin Department of Transportation cameras showed deputies walking along the closed interstate. However, MCSO said no evidence was found.

Traffic reopened shortly after 3 p.m.
