Harley riders enjoy taking pictures with massive cut-out
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The pictures are pretty important to those participating in Harley-Davidson's 110th Anniversary Celebration. They will help preserve memories and experiences.
Before a lot of the riders visiting Milwaukee get into Maier Festival Park, a lot of them are taking pictures on the "110 Years of Freedom" cut-out.
Ricky Riggins works for Encore Nationwide which has partnered with Harley-Davidson to offer eight pop-up picture signs throughout the Summerfest grounds.
"We've got some crazy poses and people hanging on the sign, and trying to do different things with the sign. But everybody has fun with it," said Riggins.
Fun, yes. But many bikers say their pictures will serve a more sentimental purpose in the years to come.
"I've gone through a lot of pictures. I show friends, people, people I work with that have never bikes of work, or whatever, and then you bring in your pictures, and yeah, oh yeah, even the kids. Now, I've got grandkids, so they`ll see the pictures someday too," said one biker.
