Firefighter hurt in fall
MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee firefighter is in the hospital recovering after falling from the roof of a two-story home on the city's east side Friday night, August 31st.
The fire broke out around 8 p.m. in a vacant home at Cambridge and Oakland.
A fire official tells FOX6 News the fire started on the second floor of the house but quickly spread to the attic.
The firefighter was hurt trying to attack the fire from above.
