Enjoy Halloween fun for the family at Hawthorn Glen

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee Recreation’s “natural alternative” to the usual haunted houses is returning for another year -- and that's where Studio A's Brian Kramp found himself on Wednesday, October 9th.

Family Fun at Halloween Glen encourages youth to learn about nature through a fun and interactive program in the outdoor setting of Hawthorn Glen, Milwaukee Recreation’s 23-acre nature center at 1130 N. 60th St. (see map below).


The program, now in its 20th year, will run every half hour beginning at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12. This year, an additional session has been added for 5:30 on Saturday.
