Divorce granted for Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries

(CNN) -- Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are finally getting divorced.

CNN's confirmed that a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has granted a divorce petition, although Kardashian and Humphries won't officially be divorced until a judgement is entered.

It's still unclear when that will happen, but it's nonetheless a likely moment of relief for 32-year-old Kardashian. In promo clips for her family's reality show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the mom-to-be has fretted that she was going to still be married to Humphries when she has her baby with boyfriend Kanye West this summer.

Although Humphries and Kardashian were married for just 72 days, the bitter battle over their separation has dragged on since Kardashian filed for divorce in October 2011.

NBA player Humphries followed her request for a divorce by asking for an annulment instead on the grounds of fraud, alleging that Kardashian tied the knot only to reap financial rewards.
