MENOMONEE FALLS -- Menomonee Falls-based Cousins Subs is expanding to the Chicago area.
Company representatives say the first stores will be corporate-owned, but will expand to franchise stores at some point.
Cousins is also planning to renovate every one of its 104 existing restaurants into its new Milwaukee sub shop design.
That includes returning to its original log of two cousins carrying a giant sub.
