Child safety seats can save lives... when they are properly installed

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Child safety seats can reduce fatal injury by up to 71 percent for infants and 54 percent for toddlers ages one to four. But those seats must be properly installed. That's the tricky part. But we're getting help from Safe Kids Wisconsin.
