Butler police seek 2 in retail theft at Kwik Trip

The Butler Police Department is investigating a retail theft that took place at Kwik Trip on Arden Place on Saturday, Feb. 27 just after midnight.

Police say a man and woman entered the store and stole numerous items, including packaged meat, Tide Pods and four-packs of Red Bull energy drink.

The thieves fled the scene in a silver SUV which had a handicapped placard on the mirror.

The man was described as a Black male, standing approximately 6' tall to 6'2" tall, wearing tan pants with a blue vest and a face mask. The female was described as 5'1" to 5'3" tall, wearing dark-colored clothes with no face mask.

Police say the male has been involved in numerous thefts in the area.
