According to the criminal complaint, Baltz and a friend were at a party when after a fight, they were told to leave.
Baltz and his friend then returned in the early morning — and allegedly fired shots into the house where the party was being held.
The criminal complaint indicates Baltz and his friend then returned to the home where the party was being held early the next morning, and intentionally fired a gun at the home.
Police got a break in the case when Baltz made a full confession of his involvement on a recorded call from jail to his mother.
Baltz “later provided a full confession to the shooting in the presence of his attorney and a Police Officer.”
If convicted of the charge, Baltz faces up to twelve-and-a-half years in prison and $25,000 in fines. Baltz appears in court next on Thursday, July 19th.
