LA CROSSE -- The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse on Tuesday, December 8th evacuated some residence halls while police investigated suspicious packages. The scene has been cleared.
School officials issued a campus alert Tuesday afternoon. Police blocked off part of the campus, and some dorms were evacuated as a precaution.
