SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- Sheboygan County Sheriff's officials say an 18-year-old man was arrested on Sunday, November 23rd following a high-speed pursuit on I-43 involving a stolen vehicle.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m., the Sheriff's Office received a report of a vehicle on I-43 southbound operating erratically and without headlamps.
