Raymond Dall'Osto talks about Act 10

Dane County Circuit Judge, Juan Colas, struck down the controversial Act 10 law last week, saying that it violates both the state and U.S. Constitutions. This is the law that was pushed by Governor Scott Walker the took away most collective bargaining rights for most public workers.
