Kramp previews the kids’ or teen cooking classes at the Superior Culinary Center

MILWAUKEE -- Brian Kramp spent the morning at Superior Culinary Center for their Kid's Summer Cooking Camp. The program helps kids get comfortable and have fun int he kitchen, working with recipes geared for their age group. The camps focus on following recipes, learning about ingredients, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen and exploring new foods.

These programs provide an opportunity for budding chefs to get comfortable and have fun in the kitchen, working with recipes geared for their age group.

Kids 7 to 14 years old have their choice of four different four day Kids’ Camps, featuring hands-on cooking and lots of eating! We will focus on following recipes, learning about ingredients, working cleanly and safely in the kitchen, and exploring new foods. The camps do not need to be taken sequentially.
