MILWAUKEE -- Another overnight shift is coming to the Zoo Interchange next week. There are also updates on the Hoan Bridge and Pilgrim Rd. projects. Ryan Luck from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation joined the WakeUp News team with the changes.
