Milwaukee child support worker, tow driver fraud scheme foiled

Milwaukee County prosecutors say the Child Support Services employee would create fake Satisfaction of Lien Forms. A tow truck owner would pay her, take the vehicle and turn it into cash – money that should've been in the hands of families receiving child support.
