FOX6 Investigators found a Milwaukee driver whose record of traffic violations is 37 pages long. He is 24-year-old Dirul Chaplin -- a man who does not seem worried about the consequences of his reckless driving behavior. This is body camera video from a traffic stop on August 19, 2021, when Chaplin was cited for going 51 mph in a 30 mph zone.
