With the assistance of the Chicago Police Department, the body of the 30-year-old female from West Allis, Wisconsin was located in the trunk of a vehicle near a Greyhound bus station in Chicago.
The Cook County Medical Examiners Office has identified the victim as Erin Ziemendorf.
Chicago police say Ziemendorf's body was found around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, October 27th. It was in the trunk of a silver car with Wisconsin plates.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled Ziemendorf's death a homicide -- listing blunt neck trauma as the cause. However, an autopsy has yet to be completed.
Kenosha police say Ziemendorf and the 40-year-old man they have in custody had a "dating relationship." They have not identified the suspect in this case.
The Chicago Tribune, citing Chicago Police sources, says the man turned himself in to Kenosha police. Kenosha police officials would not confirm whether that's true.
Kenosha police say they will identify the suspect once the case has been handed over to the district attorney's office.
