'The Masked Singer': Handyman and Scarab revealed in double elimination

Wednesday night's "The Masked Singer" theme was "Clueless" and two contestants were dismissed from class in an exciting double elimination.

It was "Clueless" Night on Wednesday night’s new episode of "The Masked Singer," and two contestants were dismissed from class – or eliminated from the competition in a double elimination.

Contestants, Snow Cone, Handyman, Scarab and Picasso, battled it out while celebrating the 30th anniversary of the iconic ‘90s film. 

Plus, a new student joined "The Masked Singer" stage,  with the series announcing its first wildcard contestant of the season: Crane. 

Ultimately, Handyman and Scarab were chosen to be revealed and eliminated from the FOX series.

Tone Loc is Handyman

Big picture view:

Handyman was revealed as Tone Loc, a Grammy-nominated rapper known for hit songs, including, "Wild Thing and "Funky Cold Medina."

"My kids just dared me big time to come up on here," Loc shared, adding, "I’m 59 years old, and I’m still having fun."

Judge Robin Thicke was able to accurately predict that Loc was the celebrity behind the mask. 

"I was a huge fan of yours," Thicke told the rapper. "So great to have you. What an honor."

Taraji P. Henson is Scarab

Meanwhile, Scarab was revealed as Academy-award-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson. 

"They always guess you," host Nick Cannon told Henson following her reveal. 

"I finally made it," Henson said.

When asked what it was like being Scarab, she shared "I had a lot of confidence. There’s a lot of things you can do hiding behind a mask, because no one can see you."
