State, Kiel police investigate deaths of 3

KIEL, Wis. -- State agents were helping Kiel police investigate the deaths of three people.

Police said officers responded to an emergency call at a home Sunday, May 26 around 7 p.m. When they arrived, officers were unable to make contact with anyone in the house. Police entered the home and found three people dead.

As of Monday, authorities had not released the circumstances surrounding the deaths or the genders or ages of those involved. The Wisconsin Department of Justice's Division of Criminal Investigation was working the case.

Officials said they did not believe the public was in danger, but did not explain why.
