Recognize this suspect? West Allis police need your help to identify bank robber

WEST ALLIS -- West Allis police need your help to identify a suspect in a bank robbery -- who was caught quite clearly by a surveillance camera.

The man entered the bank just after 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 6th. He presented a note to an employee, implied he had an explosive device and demanded money. The suspect obtained money and fled on foot southbound on S. 74th St.



The suspect is described a male, white, medium build and a green star tattoo below his left eye. He was wearing a green or gray jacket, over-sized blue jeans and thick black rimmed glasses.

Nobody was injured during the incident.
