Racine County Sheriff won't enforce Gov. Evers' 'Safer at Home extension

RACINE -- Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling says he won't enforce Governor Tony Evers' "Safer-at-Home" extension.

In a statement, Sheriff Schmaling called on health officials to draw up a plan to re-open the county's businesses.
