Investigation at Muskego Taco Bell
MUSKEGO, Wis. - Muskego police are investigating after shots were fired outside a Taco Bell following a disturbance inside the restaurant Monday, March 2.

What we know:
Officers were called to the Taco Bell off Janesville Road for a fight just after 1 p.m. on Monday, March 2. The altercation involved several individuals.

Police said the incident began as a physical altercation inside the business. After some of those involved were removed from the restaurant, several subjects went outside, where shots were fired from a handgun.
Investigation at Muskego Taco Bell
The person who discharged the firearm was identified as a Taco Bell employee.
Authorities said no one was struck by gunfire. Those involved in the altercation were taken into custody upon arrival.

Police said the individual who fired the handgun was later charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and will be referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office. One person was transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries related to the altercation.
The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information has been released.
